Registration

The H.M.B.H.L. currently offers Youth leagues for ages 3 to 18. For Adult programs please visit the Burlington Ball Hockey League at www.burlingtonballhockey.com. Individual and Team Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis until all programs are filled. Starting in January until April registration is held on selected Saturday's at various locations. Please refer to the section below for our registration dates and locations. Registration Dates and Locations

Burlington

The next registration is on selected Saturdays from Noon to 2PM at Play It Again Sports (3450 Dundas St. Unit #B19). Join us on Saturday January 28th, February 18th or March 3rd.

Oakville

The next registration is on selected Saturdays from Noon to 2PM at National Sports (210 North Service Rd. W.). Join us on Saturday February 4th, February 25th or March 24th.

Registration Cost for the 2012 mid April to late June Program

We accept: 

Entries are processed on a first come, first served basis. Fees include a team jersey, player photo and commemorative souvenir.

We do have a Family Plan, save $10 per child off the corresponding fee listed below. (Not available on the Learn To Play Program)

Learn To Play Program for ages 3 to 6 years old

Registration before April 1st: $99 (Not available online)
Late Registration (register after April 1): $110 (Not available online)

For ages 7 to 18 years old

Pre-Early Bird Registration (register before December 31): $140 (not available online)
Early Bird Registration (register before January 31): $145
Regular Registration (register before April 1): $155
Late Registration (register after April 1): $165

For ages 19 to 20 years old (Sunday Evening Juvenile Division)

Registration Cost: $155

Online Registration (Family discount not available online, add $5 to costs listed above)

Online registration not available for the Learn To Play (3-6 years old) or the Juvenille (19-20 years old) Programs
Add $5 to cost listed above
