Students who need Volunteer hours:
We are always looking to help out the community by helping students get there Volunteer hours by helping out for 1 hour on Saturday mornings at 9am with the Learn To Play Program. Get your Hours and help out 3-6 yr olds learn ball hockey skills and drills. All you need is a ice hockey helmet and a hockey stick and a positive attitude. If you are willing to take initative and assist the players learn and show them how its done and have fun, then join our team. At the end of our session (end of June) we will provide an official letter. We will require your school name and contact person. We do sign forms from the schools on a daily basis as well.
Every year we offer openings to timekeepers based upon availability. You must be able to pay attention, have good hand writing skills, and knowledge of hockey / ball hockey an asset. You will be the third eyes for our Referees bu watching the game at all times and keeping track of scores and players stats on the game sheets for our league. All new timekeepers to the league will be trained by an experience timekeeper and/or Convenor.

Spots are limited each year and must be available from 9am to 5pm for shifts, Friday to Sunday. The bulk of the games are on Saturdays. We do 3 to 4 game shifts.
